We are a decentralized team.
It is not only technologically that we are trying to be a pioneer: We live many new-work themes. Although we have an office in Cologne, all employees are free to work from anywhere in Germany (and EU-wide by arrangement). Our daily work routine combines maximum flexibility with strong team identity and spirit.

APPLICATION PROCESS
HR Interview (30 minutes)
In the first video interview we want to get a feel for who you are. Here you will learn more about our company culture and challenges, as well as get the opportunity to ask questions regarding the role or Taxy.io in general.
Meet the Hiring Manager & the Team (60 minutes)
In the second video interview you will meet the hiring manager and the team.
Depending on the role, you might also receive an assignment to show us your skills and way of tackling challenges.
Meet the founders (30 minutes)
In the last stage you will get to know our founders. This is a chance to assess from both sides if we are a good match.
